Job Description
Follow-up customer service department on the forum and answer any questions or provide assistance as needed from the customer
receive customer calls on the phone and answering their questions and help them or transfer their inquiry to the right channel and record it on CRM
Follow-up customer service email inbox and take the necessary to the e-mail and content type
answering customer queries through calls or instant messaging or chat
Follow-up with all requests to open real accounts and open the account on the company’s site and align with the customer to know all required papers & details of the required funding and send all details to the company for the request to open the account and register the customer’s account number upon arrival
Follow-up with the book purchase process and clarify the financing methods for client requests and then ship the request and make sure it’s delivered
Record every action or call on CRM and always make sure to validate the data on the system
Try to solve any problem and answer all queries from the first time as quick as possible and explain to the customer if it will takes longer time and then follow up with the customer or handle the case to anyone else from his colleagues in the next shift with full explanation and then follow up again the next day until the case will be completely resolved
Experience
Call center experience outbound & inbound Minimum 1 year
CRM user 0:1 year
Forex experience is a plus
Gender :Any

Work Conditions Work Place: Dokki Working Hours: 8 working hours and 2 days off
