Research Analyst at Travco Properties “Real Estate Company

Job duties:
-Work with top management to help shape the future of Travco Properties offerings based on market inputs.
-Prepare technical and financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing business information and customer data.
-Conduct profitability analysis to evaluate and improve different revenue streams and optimize cost structure and expenses of current operations.
-Constantly research, evaluate and report on new markets and business opportunities.
-Build business cases and financials models based on market inputs and industry trends
-Understand and study the competition to provide sales with competitive intelligence and market positioning leverage.
-Build financial projections and forecasts to support business development and budgeting.
-Identify key influencers, online and offline communities, industry events and potential partners.
-Interpret and present relevant findings to project teams.
Requirements:
-2 to 3 years of experience in business consulting or financial services
-Fluent English
-Excellent communication skills
