Summary:
Receptionists need to have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything that’s going in an organization, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to coordinating deliveries and organizing travel arrangements for staff. You’ll also often be the first person that employees and potential clients see, so you’re always representing the company.

Job Description:

1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
2. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
3. Keeping the reception area tidy
4. ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
5. schedule appointments
6. organize conference and meeting room bookings
7. co-ordinate meetings and organize catering

Job qualification:

• Fluent in English (Verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
• flexibility on working hours
