Promoter (Sales Indoor)
Location: Cairo – preferred Cairo resident.
Location of Work (Arab Mall – City Star – Carrefour Al Abour- Carrefour Al Madii)
Gender: Male Only
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline.
•Maximum age 30 years
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Salary: from 1500 to 2000 + bonus money
Experienced: Fresh Grade or Experience 0-1
Skills:
•Presentable.
•Acceptable English.
About the Job
•Greet customers and determined their needs and wants.
•Discuss type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase.
•Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise.
•Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services.
•Explain the use and advantage of merchandise to customers
•Answer customers’ queries and concerns.
•Quote prices and discounts as well as credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates.
•Maintain sales records for inventory control.

Salary: from 1000 to 1500
•Fresh Grade or Experience 0-2
About the Job
•Answer calls and respond to emails
•Handle customer inquiries both by telephone and by email
•Research required information using available resources
•Manage and resolve customer complaints
•Provide customers with product and service information
•Enter new customer information into system
•Update existing customer information
•Process orders, forms and applications
•Identify and escalate priority issues
•Route calls to appropriate resource
•Follow up customer calls where necessary
•Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
•Complete call logs
•Produce call reports

•Presentable.
•Acceptable English.
