Job Qualification
* Graduate in any field
* 0 – 2 year experience in a call center
*Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
*Very Good command of English (oral & written)
*Shifts and days off are rotational, the maximum time for a female is 12 AM & we will provide them with door to door transportation starting from 9 PM
*Transportation won’t be provided however, there will be a special allowance on monthly salaries noting that door to door transportation will still be provided to females
*Location is in Smart Village – New Contact Center Park in Maadi
