Marketing Director
FMCG, Confectionary
HSA Group Head office based in Taiz, Yemen is looking to recruit a Marketing Director with a Confectionary focus.
Job Profile :
Reporting directly to the MD, FMCG you will be heading the confectionery Marketing across a number of companies. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy to drive growth plotting out new product launches with the development team; all alongside the day to day management of all internal communications to help internally align your creative vision.
The Ideal Candidate:
As the implementer between commercial and creative, you work hard ensure the smooth running of marketing & brand plans day in day out. You’re result oriented, driving best practice with agreed objectives and development plans, so nothing gets past you. Familiar with budgets and pre-agreed targets. You can easily manage all stakeholders to achieve marketing excellence and will already have demonstrable experience of managing private marketing plans and be degree educated or equivalent.
Qualifications & Experience: (All Nationalities are welcome)
• College Degree in relevant field
• Approximately 12+ years of B2B/B2C experience 8 of which were spent at top strategic management level with major focus on confectionery brands.
