For one of leading Freight Forwarder Company in Egypt, We need the following positions URGENTLY ASAP :-
Job Location:- Sheraton ,,Cairo
1) Operations Executive (Logistics/ Freight Forwarding)
Job Description
Principal responsibilities:

– Record, initiate enter the cargos or shipments to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing.
– Calculate, account and provide information about the shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge…etc.
– Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed for them, and provide with vital assistance in keep records and following up status for under-processing shipments.
– Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port.
– Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager.

2) Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Managing import & export shipments – setup, monitor, track, liaise with vendors
• Preparing quotes for existing clients and overseas agents
• Keeping profiles updated / preparing client mail-outs
• Liaising with existing clients and overseas offices / network.

Requirements:
– To be considered for this position, you must have strong freight forwarding experience not less than 2 years – import/export and air/ocean freight.
– You will also have excellent customer service capabilities with the maturity of managing major clients. — That coupled with an ability to build and maintain client relationships, think on your feet and problem solve will stand you in good stead.
– Familiarity to work with computer, Microsoft Office and Windows.
– Ability to communicate in English language.
– Working Hours from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm with 1 hour break.
– Friday is off

3) Secretary:
Requirements:

– We need basic secretary with minimum 2 years experience at the same title.
– Good English
– Very Good Computer Skills.
– Good Communication Skills.
– Presentable.
