Job Title: International Call Center Representative
Job Purpose:
-Handling customers’ calls following agreed processes to guarantee consistency and meeting of global requirements and standards.
-Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
-Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
-Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Benefits:
Monthly Gross salary: starting from 2500 EGP to 3500 EGP
Rotational shifts; 9 hours “Last shift for girls ends at 02:00 am”.
2 days off on rotational basis.
Skills:
– Excellent English.
– Flexible with shift basis “overnight & rotational shifts”.
-Moderate knowledge – (PC Usage).
