Oracle HRMS Application Administrator
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of HRMS modules, provide a first-level support for end users and key users of Oracle Applications, Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them and develop new reports to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Administer Oracle HR Module for the head office and shore bases.
• Administer Payroll modules for the head office and shore bases
. • Administer Oracle Learning Management (OLM) Modules. •
Conduct training to end users and preparing user manuals.
• Opening and managing SR with Oracle-Support to solve application‘s bugs and problems.
• Perform a monthly accounting health check for Payroll module.
• Work closely with required department to propose and implement improvements in user interfaces and reporting capabilities, including application version upgrades.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure all management reporting requirements are defined and supported by the current systems. • Develop/Modify reports using Reports Builder & XML Desktop Publisher.
• Manage and create Oracle interface programs. • Upload data using Application Programs Interface (API’s).
• Create Alerts and programs to send notifications via email. • Administer Oracle Discoverer Suite. • Create/Modify Workbooks Using Discoverer Desktop
. • Create and Manage Users and privileges. • Manage and control application responsibilities.
• Create and modify applications’ menus.
• Design and document business processes data flow diagrams by functional area including opportunities for improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3 years of relevant technical experience.
• Must possess excellent knowledge on Oracle HRMS modules.
• Strong knowledge in Oracle ERP Archhitecture and Data Model and proficient with Oracle Tools like SQL developer, TOAD.
• Capable of developing reports Oracle BI Publisher, Discoverer and other report development tools.
