QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Computer Science or relevant.
• Technical Competencies:
– 3 years of experience, technical background (dev. + operations), Banking Operations/relationship.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Accurate.
• Smart and able to learn.
• Good communications skills.
Responsibilities:
• Review Fawry applications aspects before going to production.
• Monitor system
• Investigation for discovered disputes.
• Communication with external parties (Banks-Billers) to settle all disputes.
• UAT acceptance and approval
