Job Description:
§ Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
§ Participate in activities that designed to improve customer satisfaction.
§ Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
§ Analyze the various parts of problems properly and develop logical solutions.
§ Update the existing databases (ORACLE – AVAYA) with changes and the status of each customer.
Qualifications:
§ University Degree.
§ Calls Center/Customer Service Experience and Freshgraduates.
§ Male and Female.
§ Strong verbal communication skills over the phone.
§ Ability to work under pressure.
§ Good command of English.
§ Proficient with Microsoft office.
