Job Description:
– Follow-up deliveries daily, ensure customer delight and satisfaction
– perform with a high level of communication with all leads and have consistent follow up and the ability to close deals/make sales.
– Follow-up to ensure regular maintenance, handle our Customers inquires and complaints
– Follow-up routine maintenance after warranty (guarantee period)
– Develops and maintains strong customer relationships for continuing business opportunities
– Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions
– Performs other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent communication & problem solving Skills
– ability to close deals/make sales
– Interpersonal and customer relation skills
– Strong verbal and written communication
Details:

Experience: must have an experience in telesales
basic salary: Net salary ( 1500 EGP ) or ( 1200 EGP + commission )
Full time: from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
Qualification Degree: University Degree is a must or Condition
Location: Al-Obour (the first industrial zone – Plot 1 – Fountain Amon – in front of Habitat factory)

الوصف الوظيفي:
– متابعة التسليمات اليومية ، وضمان رضا العملاء
– القدرة على إتمام الصفقات و الأداء على مستوى عال من التواصل مع كل الأطراف متابعةً وتنسيقاً
– متابعة الصيانة الدورية للضمان ، وحسن التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء
– متابعة الصيانة الدورية بعد فترة الضمان
– الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء و تطويرها لزيادة فرص الأعمال/المبيعات
– توفير العملاء بمعلومات دقيقة و الحلول المناسبة
– تأدية أى مهمات أو واجبات أخرى تكلف بها من قبل إدارة
المهارات المطلوبة :
– مهارات التواصل الفعال و مهارات حل المشاكل
– القدرة على اتمام الصفقات وخلق فرص للمبيعات
– التمتع بمهارات شخصية و مهارات بناء العلاقات مع العملاء
– التمتع بـ مهارات الاتصال اللفظي والكتابي

الخبرة : يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة في المبيعات عبر الهاتف
الراتب الأساسي : صافي الراتب 1500 جنيه -أو- 1200 جنيه + عمولة
الوقت : دوام كامل – من 9:00 صباحاً و حتي 5:00 مساءاً
المؤهل العلمي: يشترط مؤهل جامعي دون تحديد
