1-Recruitment supervisor (Female) Code (RS001)
Job Description:-
– Supervise the functions of recruitment & OD
– Adhere to the recruitment procedures & policy
– Supervise and ensure the timely preparation of Job offer & contract for new hires.
Skills :-
– Fluent in English language, excellent communication skills ,experience from 6-9 years
– HR Certificate or Diploma is a must
– Experience working in recruitment agencies will be highly preferred.

2-Project Administrative (Male) Code (PA002 ):
involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks
Skills :-
– very good in English language ,Excellent communication skills
– at least two years of experience in Administrative position
– Computer skills required ( Knowledge of Microsoft Office )

3-Receptionist Code (RC003) :
Job Description :
To organize and maintain forms and office stationery required for front-desk activities.
To inform the patient if the doctor is running late or is unable to attend to his patients for the day. In such cases, the receptionist must be courteous, apologize for the inconvenience caused, and assure the patient that the appointment will be rescheduled.
To organize overflowing paper documents , To direct patients and medical representatives to the appropriate location and services.
Skills :-
– very good in English language ,Excellent communication skills
– experience from 1-2 years as a receptionist

4-Safety Officer Code (SF004):
Job Description:
– Established HSE principles , practices, procedures, laws and regulations
– Aware with the requirements and techniques of accident and mishap investigation ,and formal reporting procedures
Qualifications :
– Technical institute / BSc . or any suitable specialization
– Experience from 1-3 years in HSE
-Governmental HSE training is preferable
Skills :
– Good command of both English & Arabic language
– Computer skills required ( Knowledge of Microsoft Office )

5-Medical Rep Code (MP005) :
Job Description:
– work strategically to increase the awareness and use of services
– Achieve sales goals , usually on a monthly or quarterly basis
– Develop & manage a territory with the goal of maximizing sales
– Arrange appointments & host product presentations to specific customers
Qualifications :
– Males are preferable for country circumstances
– 1:2 years experience in sales branch , lab representatives will be preferable
– Ambitious , energetic , organized and self motivated personality
