IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
– Provide end user support
– Support local and global IT projects
– Analyze business needs and implement necessary IT solutions
– Server and network administration and support required skill set:
– Providing client support of Windows, MS Office and Outlook Applications (must have)
– Managing Windows 2003 or 2008 servers (must have)
– Managing Domain Controller, Active Directory, Exchange and SCCM Servers (must have)
– Managing Microsoft ISA firewalls (must have)
– Knowledge of local area network (LAN) technologies (switches and Routers) (must have)
– Managing Microsoft Office Communicator (OCS) and Rights Management (RMS) systems (nice to have)
– Managing a virtual server environment (Vmware or HyperV) (nice to have)
– Experience with supporting an ERP environment (nice to have)
– Good knowledge of English (must have)
– Troubleshooting and problem solving skills (must have)
