Job requirements
• 2-4 Years of experience in the same role
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
• Time management & Problem solving skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Handle any needed travel arrangements with travel agencies and seek for best possible offers.
•Prepare & update travel budget reports on regular basis
•Collaborate & partner with different hotels, and finalize negotiations and corporate deals’ contracts
•Handle requests, adjustments, and cancellations with airlines /hotels.
•Attentive to reviews and feedback regarding accommodation, traveling, transportation & onsite hotel arrangements for a better operation in future job…
•Provide comprehensive financial monitoring, including initiating, and executing travel and logistics-related payments, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, policies, and maintaining and updated database.
•Handle all on site logistics related issues including rooming lists, Check in/ check out process, food & beverages, and any special requirements.
•Arrange ground handling “meet & assist services at airports” & transportation services all over Egypt.
•Provides high quality, timely support to internal and external customers.
