DewanSoft Co. is currently in need of candidates for the below position:
ERP Application Consultant – Implementation
Responsibility:
1. Support customers either face-to-face (customer site), over the phone, or ticketing system for resolving issues.
2. Providing technical and professional advice to clients.
3. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
4. Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
5. Install and configure operating systems, and applications.
6. Guide customers during application implementation and provide after implementation support.
7. Maintaining documentation for all Service Desk and end-user processes and procedures.
8. Customer Support and Customer Training.
9. Manage day-to-day implementation activities.
Working Conditions:
• Fixed hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
• Weekend: Friday & Saturday.
• Work Location: Harm
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
2.1+ years’ experience in ERP programs or one of the accounting programs.
