DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Receive calls from the call center
· Handling customer’s problems and receive inquiries from customers.
· Link between customers and needed departments for inquiries solving.
· Follow up on departments and customers regarding their inquiries.
· Redirect calls to sales in case of the sales process.
· Record all calls from clients.
· Record the inquiries of customer service and archive them.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
1 to 3 years of relative experience
Good Analytical skills
Attention to details
Team Player
Good communication skills
