Job requirements :
-1-2 years of experience as HR personnel.
-Maximum age 30
– El-Sadat resident is a must.
-Very Good command of the English language.
-Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
-Maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, and leaves.
-Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties.
-Assist Salaries Transactions.
-Track employees’ absence, and send legal warnings accordingly.
-Managing social insurance system.
-Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labour office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
