(Associate Finance Manager) who will report directly to – Deputy finance manager.
‘Responsible for executing activities related to Costing and Accounts Closing, MIS Preparation, Trial Balance Review, Financial statements preparations, Handling Audits.
General & SAP Activities:
Month-end provisions.
Ensure that the monthly closing checklist is completed by each responsible person.
Perform monthly costing in SAP.
Perform standard costing in SAP.
Allocate variances on brands using absorption costing.
Match the results of costing with SAP trial balance.
Prepare monthly Brand wise profitability MIS as well as overall profitability MIS.
Prepare Material Price variance report and material Wastage reports, Gross Contribution Variance analysis, Sales volume and value variances, variable overhead variance analysis, Product mix variances.
Prepare Balance sheet & P&L from SAP and prepare cash flow statement.
Do GL / Trial Balance review on regular basis for corrective actions.
Follow up on Internal Audit issues and ensure compliance.
Assist in tax matters like tax declaration, tax audit, tax inspection.
Anchor & coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audits, and Corporate Audits.
Do product costing to track cost increase/decrease of existing products as well as to decide pricing and margin of new products.
Initiate New SAP activities for process improvisation.
Make Finance presentations for Quarterly Board reviews.
Budgeting – sales budget, materials & variable OH budget, fixed overheads budget, budgeted balance sheets, business plan, track growths and analyze budgets.’
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting or any relevant degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience
Very Good command of both written and spoken English language
Experience in ERP system – SAP is a Must
CMA is preferable
Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Normal working conditions in the HO of the company
Working hours: 9 Hours including 60 minutes break
Location: HO, 1st settlement, New Cairo, Egypt
Days off: Friday and Saturday’s every week
