realme Egypt is hiring “Receptionist” at our Service Center Branches
in Cairo (Maadi, Faisal, Shoubra el Khema)
Job Description:
– Receiving the customers
– Handle the customer complaints
– Register all data on the System ( customer data and mobile data )
– Complaint analysis
– Troubleshooting
– Contact with the maintenance department
– Deliver the mobile to the customer after fixing
– Contact with the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
– Receiving money from the customer
– Contact with the financial department to finalize all financial cases
– Report to the manager
Job Requirements:-
• FEMALES ONLY
• Bachelor’s Degree is a must
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Max Age: 26
• Good English
