General Ledger Supervisor
– 5 – 7 Years of Experience.
– Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll be utilizing your technical accounting expertise to provide the following support.
– Reviewing the trial balance with the accounting team to close the book monthly.
– Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
– Quarterly balance sheet and P&L function analysis.
– Monthly expense variance analysis
– Consolidation, inter-company transaction, and reconciliation including foreign currency accounting.
– Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.
– Manage fixed assets.
– Balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
– Property, sales and use tax, and franchise tax returns.
– ERP user experience.
– Responsible for related parties’ accounts reconciliation.
—-Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
– Organizational Chart Background.
– Strong Technical Accounting Background.
– At Least Five Years’ General Ledger Accounting Experience Is Required.
– Strong Excel and Database skills, Access experience preferred.
