Job description: (Main duty)
_Managing day to day operations
_Train new hires and employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
_Develop people to their highest potential through necessary training and performance management
_Ensure all materials / stock available on time
Job requirements:
_Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
_Experiences 2 _ 4 years as operation manager in food and beverage field
_Very good in English
_Very good at M.S office
_Strong problem solving and analytical skills
_Good social and presentation skills
_Excellent oral and written communication skills
_Physical capability of standing or sitting for long hours each workday
_Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
_Leadership ability
