We are looking for energetic, talented calibers to fill the following positions:
1)* Quality Assurance Coordinator *
Shifts: Rotational between 7:30 AM – 1:30 AM
Job Description:
– Ensure the delivery process completion within the promised time to our customers by monitoring the dashboard
– Outbound calls with our partner shops and customers when needed
– Follow up on shops to ensure the highest quality of service
– Provide the operations and business development teams with concise reports with regards to quality of orders highlighting areas of improvement
Requirements:
– Fluency in English is required
– Previous customer service experience is a plus
– Reporting experience is a plus
- Must be flexible with the rotational shifts
2)*Business Development Associate*
Job Description:
– Extend the network of affiliate shops
– Find new ways of approaching stores and convincing them to partner with InstaShop
– Plan, organize, and execute business development programs
– Share insights and activities of competitors with Field Marketing Analyst
Requirements:
– Superb clarity in communication
– Top class persuasive skills
– Fluency in English
- Able to quickly adopt and take advantage of seemingly unfavorable
– Commercial awareness
– Sales Experience
– Negotiation experience
– Business Development experience is preferred
– Business related bachelor/masters preferred
