Job Description:-
• Negotiate shipping rates with Shipping line.
• Record shipping documentation.
• End-to-end monitoring and follow-up with the client of shipments to final delivery.
• Track and trace shipments on SSL.
• Manage and organize the shipments documentation from couriers to operation department.
• Arrange and contact with the import clients to receive their shipments.
• Prepare and contact with the clients/ couriers to collect the documents and invoices.
• Handle calls & enquiries with the clients.
• To contact all import and export customers when required.

Job Requirements:-
• Good Knowledge of Customs and Shipping Documentation (AIR/SEA). is prefer.
• High negotiation skills.
• Well-organized and presentation skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and Excellent communication.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent English Language.
• University degree required.
