About Job:
– Understanding customers’ needs.
– Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
– Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
– Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
– Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
– Achieve sales targets set by the company.
– Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
– Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
– Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Job Requirements:
• 4+ years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field.
• Must Have Experience in (#Primary_Sale Not Resale)
• Max age 29 years
• Very Good Profile & must be Presentable.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages.
• Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
• Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

• Own a Car
•Flexible with working hours based on clients needs
