The Customer Support Representative is someone who is responible of selling and supporting our customers to buy on our platform. he will be part of the operations team and will be dealing with customers on daily basis to make orders and solve problems.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat
- Cross-Sell and Upsell to customers our products and services
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products and services
- Work closely with the operations deparment
- Communicate product deliveries and update customers on shipping status for their orders
- You’ll provide daily reporting on performance
- Duties may change; Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
