1- Project Focal Point
(Covering both Basic need and health care services) working on full time basis. His/her role will be as follows: Facilitate the liaison between the refugees and the project management, identifying and addressing obstacles to the effective implementation, providing detailed project scheduling & project documentation.

Job Description
• Manage and coordinate project’s activities, from substantive, administrative and financial points of view, applying strategic planning and systematic coordination of project’s activities.
• Manage day-to-day implementation and overall coordination of project’s outcomes.
• Ensure supervision of the project’s personnel and ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Provide direction and leadership in advocating project’s objectives and in ensuring that all interested parties are well informed about the project’s activities and goals.
• Identify any support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
• Develop full scale action plan.
• Plan and schedule the project’s timelines.
• Manage the allocation of the project’s resources.
• Ensure the quality of outputs and results with optimal monitoring mechanisms; establish effective coordination, monitoring, information sharing and reporting systems.
• Arrange weekly and monthly staff meetings.
• Responsible of the project’s evaluation and assessment of results.
• Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports.
• Responsible of submitting monthly reports defining progress, problems and solutions.

2- Senior Social Worker
Senior social worker will carry out monitoring on home visits, reporting and awareness camps . He/she will provide leadership on counselling for refugees that is responsive to their needs during the project period in addition to other vulnerability/ risk factors, which will then be used to enhance suitable interventions

Job Description
• Lead the counselling and case management teams and provide supervision, review, consultation, training and support
• Supervise case workers on the identification, assessment, registration, documentation, referral (to relevant services) and timely follow-up of individual cases.
• Identify and prioritize vulnerable cases for counselling, referral and assessments.
• Supervise and support case workers in home visits if necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation of casework and enforce compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Directly manage complex cases by carrying out counselling sessions, conducting home visits or relevant assessments.
• Collaborate closely with the case workers on identification and referral of vulnerable cases.
• Manage and develop a satisfaction survey for POCs
• Follow up on the medical report
• Identify and prioritize vulnerable cases for educational grants
• Regularly cross checking with other NGOs the offered services.
• Submit regular reports documenting progress, best practices while flagging any challenges encountered
• Maintain an up-to-date map of existing services to which refugees and asylum seekers can be referred ensuring a proper feedback mechanism is developed and sustained.
• Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with key service providers, stakeholders, local government, refugee and host communities.
• Develop an outreach plan.
• Document best practices implemented, success stories for dissemination and learning.
• Ensure that all the documentation related to activities are regularly collected and available in order to facilitate development of appropriate programs or projects;
• Prepare timely periodic implementation of the project in accordance with the project plan and specific activity reports;
• Undertake other relevant duties as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Degree in public administration or other related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience for the focal point & 3 to 5 years of experience for the senior social worker in social work or related field.
• Experience working with refugee population preferred.
• Experience in regular report writing.

• Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel…)

• Excellent drafting skills

• creative thinking and problem-solving;
• compassion and the ability to empathize with people’s life experiences;

Language Skills:
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

Other:
• Occasionally required to work outside of normal hours.
• Occasionally required to travel to other governorates.
