We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team
Location: First new cairo
– Working hours: 10-6 pm
– fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Job duties:
❖ Office related:
• Management of office social media accounts (FB – Ins. – Google – LinkedIn – YouTube – …).
• Creating and Tracking Social media campaigns.
• Publishing units on websites (OLX, Aqarmap, property finder…).
• Coordination with designer on all designs needed.
• Basic participation in designing (watermarks, etc…).
• Handling of suppliers (email campaigns – SMS – Printing – Gifts…).
• Handling ads finances with accountant.
• Magazine listings arrangement.
• Answering clients’ calls and messages.
• Reporting (packages sheet – closed deals sheet – all campaign reports – marketing admin sheet – marketing request sheet).
• Ready to use WhatsApp system and help agents to use it.
• Ready to farming by using AqarFinder system.
❖ Agents related:
• Monitoring: agents FB pages and brand identity rules.
• New agents Marketing Orientations.
• Monitoring: agents’ activities on the primary project.
• Following up with sales agents’ marketing activities.
• Meeting with agents to improve marketing activities.
• Posting units on paid and unpaid websites.
* Qualifications:
– Excellent prospection and searching skills (calls, social media, others………)
– Excellent presentation and communication skills
– Excellent command of G Suite (google)
– Excellent communication skills.
– Good command of Microsoft Office.
– Good command of English both written and Spoken.
– Team player.
– Confident and people-oriented person
– Eager to learn and organized
