We’re Looking for “Executive Secretary”
Mid-Size Software Company (150 – 250 Employees), hiring (Executive Secretary)
Branch Location: 6 october City, Giza, Egypt. 12573.
Working hrs.: Fixable (normally from 10 am to 6 pm)
OFF Days: Friday Off – Saturday On-Call
Gross salary: 6000 EGP

Job Description:
Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
Primary Responsibilities
• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes (Outdoor / Indoor)
• Handle information requests, phone calls and greet indoor visitors
• Make travel arrangements for executives and VIP Visitors including airport greeting
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, and packages to be picked up, etc.)
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• Coordinate committees and task forces.
• Helps in client’s contracts and following up.
Qualifications
• Good looking / Age from 28 – 40 Years
• Ability to communicate in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role with minimum 1 Year
• In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Integrity and confidentiality
