Next home is currently hiring for the following position “Costing & Budgeting Senior Accountant“Location: Moktam-Hadpa el Wasta.
Requirements:

- Preparing Direct & Indirect Costing Reports & Analysis.
- Talent in Preparing Projects P&L.
- Manage, design, and implement a consistently effective cost control system and a company budget and reporting system
- Review and present budget proposals and prepare financial documents.
- Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on cost
- Responsible for directing budgeting, forecasting, pricing (standard costs), variance analysis, inventory, cost savings projects, and internal controls.
- Establishing the cost centers and cost codes for the Projects
- Reports to include suggestions on how to address and close financial gaps based on the data analyzed.
- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs.
Qualifications
- BA of Commerce (Preferred English Section).
- Costing & Budgeting average Experience from 4-6 Years in Construction & Real Estate.
- Expert in ERP Systems & MS Office.
- Good in the English Language.
