– Experience 3-5 years of experience.
-Education: Pharmacist or physicians
– Must have experience in Pharma.
-Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensations, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety.
-Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals.
-Being human resources supervisor supervises human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization.
-Excellent command of the English language.
– Should have experience in OD & Comp & Ben& performance Management.
– Presentable & Have excellent communication skills.
