Ayman Shahin Group (one of the biggest FMCGs distributors) is looking for a talented brand manager.

(Job Responsibilities)

· BRAND MANAGEMENT:
Design and execute Marketing Activation Calendars, Brand plans and promotional activities.
Handle the forecasting of the brand portfolio, manage the distribution plan for the SKUs with the Sales team.

· PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:
Assess and evaluate the market opportunity for Brand portfolio, and accordingly grow the business size in terms of gaining share and adding new products to portfolio.
Manage the Category and Brand portfolio.
Leads on Pricing Strategy.

· COMMUNICATION:
Develop communication plans and assets, in coordination with Trade Marketing, to ensure the right level of awareness for brand portfolio with efficient spend.

· AGENCY MANAGEMENT:
Prepare creative & media agency briefs, evaluate agency proposals.
Monitor media reviews and media audits.

· CONSUMER RESEARCH:
Lead brand analysis / diagnosis as well as insights generation with Insights Manager and present findings on quarterly basis

· BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
Manage A&M spending to be in line with AOP, through budgeting and monthly tracking within the overall budget plan set by the development team

· PEOPLE / RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Manage, coach and develop ABM working on the range
Effectively collaborate with other functions and stakeholders both internally & external

(Requirements)

-Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or relevant majors.
-Fluent English is a must.
– At least 2 years of experience in brand management.
