HEGY GROUPOffice Admin position is urgently needed to Heggy Group located in Heliopolis, to be able to handle the following:
– Employees’ daily attendance for the office.
– Maintain the daily reports, documents and correspondence.
– Maintain the inventory of office supplies.
– Handling filing system.
– Assist management in prrparing any events or meetings.

Requried qualifications :
– Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
– Bachelor degree in any relevant major.
– Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office applications “Word, Excel & PowerPoint”
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent writing skills.
