Shaheen Center Company urgently looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist.

Report to:
Recruitment Supervisor.

Key Responsibil heities:
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
– Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and Recruitment sites.
– Screen resumes, job applications and calls.
– Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and Manager).
-Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
– Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
– Host and participate in job fairs.
– Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
– Maintain a database for
candidates aspe new openings.

Requirements:
– At least 2 years of experience in same role and masse hiring.
– BSc Degree (an HR certificate is a plus).
– Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, WUZZUF.
– Work under pressure.
– Strong interpersonal skills.
– Good written and verbal communications skills.
– Team spirit.

Work condition:
– Location: Faisal.
– Working hours: 9hrs.
– Days off: 1day.
