Job summary:
* candidate will be responsible for the following:
• responsible for maintenance, and troubleshooting of our rapidly expanding stores.
• Preparing new computers with the operating system and the needed applications.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and of various devices and systems, checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.
• Responding to queries via request ticket.
• Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
• maintenance for all Network Infrastructure and CCTV System.
• Maintain an inventory of IT property and assets.
• Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace spare parts, debugging, etc.).
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 1: 3 years
• Retail experience is a must
• Working experience as a help desk technician (1+ year).
• Experience as a CCTV system (1+ year).
• Working Knowledge (MCSA, CCNA).
