Our ideal candidates will have experience with:
•2 years of experience in HR at a software house
•Maintained payroll registers, salary increases, and generated payroll reports
•Implemented all recruitment processes and Conduct interviews for certain positions.
•Planned and conducted the new employee orientation.
•Responding to employee relation issues
•Implementing and maintaining the job descriptions as necessary; conduct salary surveys and annual Performance Appraisal.
Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
•HR Certification preferred
•Clear, professional communication skills: verbal and written
•Critical evaluation skills
•Employee Relations
•Working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
