STM company, a leading company in the filed of trucking & logistics, is currently looking to hire “Customer Service Agents” with the below requirements
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service
• Support experience in a high-volume environment, including tech, service industries, or other support environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for creating pleasant customer experiences
• Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
