Front Office Manager
  • Schedules CEO’s appointments
  • Organizes and coordinates CEO meetings and informing participants
  • Arranges and confirms schedules, calendars and appointments
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service -Answers, screens and forwards incoming phone calls
  • Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Performs other HR administrative duties
