Front Office Manager
- Schedules CEO’s appointments
- Organizes and coordinates CEO meetings and informing participants
- Arranges and confirms schedules, calendars and appointments
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service -Answers, screens and forwards incoming phone calls
- Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Performs other HR administrative duties
