Job postion : Merchandise supervisor
Experience not less than 2 : 4 years as supervisor
FMCG and retail background
Job responsibility:
– Provide strategic direction ,leadership, train and guide the Merchandising team to support the company’s brand strategy.
– Display Responsibilities by creating attractive point-of-sale displays.
– Merchandise Tracking by comparing sales data for products they handle and make recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low. This may involve modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store, adjusting prices or discontinuing an item. Supervisors are also responsible for the timely merchandising of seasonal goods and their removal after prime selling periods expire.
– Competitor analysis
Skils:
– Very good english language.
– Excellent MS and computer skills.
– Good analytical skills.
