– Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, preferable English department.
2- Having Experience in Tourism and Travel Sector is a must.
3- Having Experience in dealing with Airline Companies, Hotel Bookings, and tourism programs is preferred.
4- Experience in dealing with ERP System is a must.
5- Very good English language.
6- Very good computer skills.
7- Resident in Maadi or nearby areas.
8- Female is preferred.
– Job Description:
1- Review all vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval to payment.
2- Prepare vendor master file on the ERP System.
3- Record invoices on the system and creating tracking sheets for vendors.
4- Review all the transaction on system.
5- Prepare monthly reports for the payment.
6- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
