Sarie Eldin & Partners is hiring a Receptionist
Tasks and duties:

· Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
· Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
· Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for the reception in and out mails.
· Take and pass on messages to employees from the clients.
· Deal with complaints or problems from the clients.
· Schedule / confirm appointments and maintain meeting rooms.
· Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
· Prepare daily attendance sheet.
· Manage the incoming courier & arrange for outgoing pick-ups.
· Responsible for the office boys & messengers errands.
· Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans when needed.
· prepare correspondence and documents.
· Update clients databases.
· Update the internal contact list regularly .
Qualifications:
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· University degree‫.‬
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Solid written and verbal communication skills (Arabic, English and French is a plus)
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Excellent organizational skills
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Eager to learn‫.‬
