Job Duties & Responsibilities:
– Handling the Recruitment processes.
– Carrying out all administrative arrangements for the selection process.
– Creating job descriptions & job requirements.
– Conduct employee On-boarding and Orientation sessions.
– Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
– Handling training program for all company’s employees as needed.
Job Requirements:
– 2+ years.
– Technical recruitment experience.
– HR certificate (preferably)
– Real Estate Background (preferably)
