Fawry Banking and Payment Services is seeking to hire:
Quality Automation Manager for the following description
-Responsible for cross-functional test preparation and execution as well as end-to-end production readiness verification.
-Elaborate test strategy, overall test approaches, and test plans with the different functions and external providers.
-Establish and increase our automated testing frameworks for UI and API test automation.
-Expertise in Test Automation skills using leading Web & Mobile tools: Selenium, Appium, SOAPUI, or other.
-Working on Agile (Scrum) teams, and/or in a DevOps organization.
-Set and drive expectations around quality for major releases grounded in solid customer impact and product understanding.
Required
-15+ years’ experience.
-Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language, preferably C# or Java.
-Strong mindset and ability to develop and improve the process.
-Highly motivated, organized, and able to support multiple delivery teams with various needs.
-Strong communication skills and professional business demeanor.
