Job Requirements:
• Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
• Develop relationships both internal and external to achieve objectives within timescales.
• Communicate relevant information to Internal/external parties whilst presenting the Company in a professional manner.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format.
• Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages helping culture, drive engagement, and deliver results
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
• Good English language.
• HR Certificate.
• Excellent communication skills with different levels of people.
• Not less than 3 years of professional experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll & Excel.
