A reputable factory located in 6th October is hiring QUALITY MANAGER
Job Description:
– Direct and supervise the development, implementation and administration of QA activities in all phases of production at factory level.
– Monitor and assess performance of the quality systems, report its effectiveness to management and implement actions for improvement.
– Ensure compliance of the audit programs for internal and external audits i.e. FSSC 22000, 9001, 14001 and 18001.
– Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, and sampling and sanitation activities.
– Partner cross functionally with the Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to maximize results.
– Ensure plant compliance to good hygiene practices, good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) and HACCP.
– Use continuous improvement methodologies and projects to improve and streamline quality processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Language Skills: Very good command of both written and spoken English.
• Computer Skills: Excellent performance of tasks using Microsoft Office .
• Communication skills: very good.
