Cairo 3A Poultry is hiring “Senior Purchasing Specialist”
Location: Kafr El Gabal – Giza

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Select vendors from AVL and get quotations from them.
• Compare and Negotiate with vendors to get best terms “Price, Delivery and Payment terms”.
• Get samples to requester for quality and follow up with requester to know if sample approved or not.
• Issue PO, get approvals, send to vendor and follow up delivery.
• Follow up with warehouse keeper to get GR.
• Issue payment request to finance to issue check for vendor.
• Assist in sourcing for new vendors.
• Assist in monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in commerce or engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in local purchasing.
• Negotiation, communication and organization skills.
• Manufacturing background
• Familiar with ERP system.
