Job Duties:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
• Perform active Directory Management.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Manage windows server 2008,2012 and 2016.
• Assist in installing and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, desktops, Laptops, printers and scanners
• Set up accounts for new users
• Upgrade operating systems with new releases.
• Assist in performing LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems.
• Assist in managing PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
Requirements:
• Work Experience from 1 : 3 years as IT Help Desk
• MCSE, MCSA or MCITP certifed or complete The courses of It.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Very good English Languages
– 5 working days Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM
