Job description:
• Getting vacancy details from employers
• Interviewing and testing job seekers
• Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
• preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants
• Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
• Building relationships with employers and job seekers
• requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
• informing candidates about the results of their interviews
• Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
Requirements:
• From 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment.
• Excellent command of spoken & written English.
• Excellent communication
Working hours : From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Location : Sheraton Heliopolis
Package : Negotiable + Commission
