We are Looking for a qualified Real Estate Sales Agent who will be responsible for buying and selling properties for our real estate business we go forward to growth our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on markert prices. You will be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.
Job Responsabilities:
– Generate Client leads to sell property.
– Counsel clients on market conditions and prices.
– Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
– Present purchase offers to sellers.
– Analysis/site Selection.
– Cold Calling & Canvassing prospective clients.
– Identifying client’s needs and assisting them in realization of their desires at honest advice.
– Generate meeting with decsision makers Achieving sales targets.
– Find appropriate properties that clients are looking for.
– Generate leads through referrals,emails,phone calls as well as direct visits.
