Production Supervisor
Responsible for oversee our production operations. Ensure guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows for producing required quality product as per revised production plans (RPP).And will reports directly to Production manager
Duties:
Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
Supervising hourly production and Utilization of manpower accurately.
Follow up with planning and stores for availability of PM according to production schedules.
Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
Responsible for suggestion and Kaizen activities.
Preserving discipline according to safety rules.
Supervise in Production Process in his respective shift/section.
Requirements & experience:
Bachelor degree in Engineering
4-7 years of experience
FMCG background is a must
Very good skills of written and spoken English

Working on shifts basis
Working hours: 08:30 Hours including 60 minutes break
Days off: Fri & Alt Sats.
Work location: Factory 10th of Ramadan City – Egypt
